About the Role
Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid chance where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success.
If you're someone who thrives on creating intuitive, user-centered designs and has a solid command of Figma, we want to hear from you. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned design professionals.
You'll be designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a design system that scales. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity.
What You'll Do
Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and test usability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
Contribute to and maintain our design system and component libraries
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
What We're Looking For
Strong expertise in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Advanced proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and design systems)
Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
