Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate tender opportunities on the GeM portal and other government platforms. Handle end-to-end GeM bidding process, including product listing, BOQ-based bids, custom bids, and reverse auctions. Prepare and submit tenders within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements. Experience in handling service bids such as manpower services, facility management, consultancy, logistics, or similar. Manage documentation such as EMD, bid bonds, technical documents, and commercial proposals. Track tender status, clarifications, corrigenda, and bid results on GeM. Handle post-bid activities, including order acceptance, contract execution, and performance monitoring. Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and performance reports. Ensure compliance with government procurement rules and GeM guidelines.
