Key Responsibilities:

Deliver products to customers safely and on time.

Ensure the package is handled with care and delivered in valuable condition.

Collect payment or digital confirmation, if required.

Plan efficient routes using maps or navigation tools.

Communicate with customers in a polite and qualified manner.

Report any issues or delays to the supervisor or dispatch team.

Maintain the bike in good working condition and report any faults immediately.

Requirements:

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License .

Own bike and also company provided on rent

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of using smartphones and map applications.

Ability to work versatile hours, including weekends and holidays.

Good communication and customer service skills.
