Job Title Computer Operator (Bidding & Documentation) Job Overview We are looking for a quick and accurate Computer Operator to handle our data entry, documentation, and online bidding portal tasks. In this role, you will focus entirely on processing digital files, typing official correspondence, and accurately uploading document packages onto various e-tendering websites. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Portal Management Monitor online bidding portals like GeM, e-Procurement daily to download new tender documents. Fill out online registration forms, bid details, and financial compliance sheets accurately. Upload finalized technical and financial bid documents within strict deadlines. Maintain an updated Excel database of all submitted, won, and lost bids. Documentation & Formatting Type, format, and edit official letters, emails, quotations, and reports. Convert, merge, compress, and scan PDF documents to meet strict file-size limits required by online portals. Organize digital folders and files logically on local systems or cloud storage for easy team access. Perform routine data cleaning and verification to ensure there are zero typing errors in official submissions. Qualifications & Skills Required Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent; a basic Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications is highly preferred. Experience: o to 1 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator. Typing Speed: Fast typing speed (minimum 35–45 words per minute) with excellent accuracy. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word). Smooth handling of internet browsing, email clients, and portal uploads.
