Field Marketing Executive Balasore

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing Executive to generate leads, build local business relationships, and bring interior design projects for our company.

The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, client interaction, builder networking, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Visit apartments, housing societies, builders, and commercial spaces

Generate interior design leads

Identify new homeowners and renovation opportunities

Relationship Building

Meet builders, brokers, architects, and vendors

Build referral partnerships

Maintain long-term business relationships

Client Coordination

Schedule client meetings and site visits

Follow up with inquiries and pending leads

Support sales conversion process

Marketing Activities

Distribute brochures and promotional materials

Conduct local area promotions and apartment campaigns

Represent company at exhibitions/events if required

Reporting

Submit daily lead and visit reports

Update management on client status and follow-ups

Requirements

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of interiors/construction preferred

Field marketing or sales experience preferred

Ability to travel locally

Smart personality and professional behavior

Two-wheeler preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience in:

Interior design sales

Real estate

Furniture/modular kitchen sales
