Role Description The Account Manager role at BG Associates is a full time, on-site position based in Remuna. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely, accurate responses to client needs. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, preparing and reviewing proposals, monitoring account performance, and addressing issues before they escalate. The Account Manager will conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for account growth. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining detailed documentation, updating account records, and supporting billing or contract-related activities. Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Comfort with common productivity tools and CRM or account management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Remuna and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
