Venue Manager - Sales&Operations, Bhadrak

Avanté Conventions is looking for a smart, presentable and driven Venue Manager – Sales&Operations to manage client enquiries, venue sales, event coordination and day-to-day operational readiness. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality, events and client servicing - and can take ownership from the first enquiry to successful event completion. Key Responsibilities- Handle enquiries for weddings, social events, corporate events and celebrations - Conduct venue walkthroughs and client meetings - Prepare quotations, proposals and booking follow-ups - Convert leads into confirmed bookings - Coordinate with decorators, caterers, planners and vendors - Ensure venue readiness before every event- Supervise event setup, execution and post-event closure - Coordinate with housekeeping, security and maintenance teams - Maintain daily enquiry, booking and payment reports Ideal Candidate - 3–7 years of experience in banquets, hospitality, events, venue sales, wedding planning or client servicing- Strong communication and follow-up skills - Presentable, disciplined and customer-focused - Sales-oriented with a target-driven mindset - Comfortable working during weekends, evenings and event days - Basic knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp communication - Local market/vendor knowledge will be an added advantageLocation Symphony Mall, Bhubaneswar Candidates who can combine sales, coordination and on-ground ownership will be preferred.
