Accountant – Rice Mill Operations Location: Balimunda, Basudevpur, Bhadrak Experience Required: 4–10 Years Industry: Rice Mill / Agro / Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant for our rice mill operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, stock management, and day-to-day financial activities related to rice mill or manufacturing business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
- Handle purchase, sales, cash book, bank entries, and ledger management
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
- Manage stock accounting and inventory reconciliation
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government departments when required
- Maintain billing and invoice records accurately
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting controls Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 4–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in rice mill, manufacturing, or agro industry
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and accounting procedures
- Solid understanding of inventory and stock management
- Ability to work independently and handle accounts efficiently Preferred Skills
- Experience in rice mill accounting
- Knowledge of e-way bills and transportation billing
- Good communication and organizational skills Salary Salary will be based on experience and skills. Pay: ₹15,000.00
