Research Analyst (Basavanagudi)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support our clients' operation. The role involves conducting research, extracting information from local government systems, and accurately updating data into our CRM. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities


- Conduct research using local government and public record systems to gather property-related data

- Accurately input and maintain data in the company’s CRM system

- Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Maintain high-quality data standards with robust attention to detail

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify or validate information

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines

- Regularly update records and flag discrepancies or missing information

Key Requirements


- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research tools

- Basic understanding of real estate data or willingness to learn

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Preferred Qualifications


- Prior experience in administrative roles, data entry, or real estate support

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management tools
