JOB DESCRIPTION Position
- HR ASSOCIATE We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR
- Recruiter & Onboarding Executive to manage recruitment and onboarding activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, handling joining formalities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and be willing to take ownership of responsibilities with a adaptable and proactive approach. Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and source candidates
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
- Handle offer rollout and candidate follow-ups
- Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Conduct induction and employee orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding Skills Required:
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Serious and responsible approach towards work
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- MS Office and HRMS knowledge preferred Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment Location : Basavangudi Bangalore Pay: ₹16,000.00
