Job Title: Telecaller / Patient Care Executive

Industry: Hospital / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities: Attend incoming calls from patients and visitors professionally. Make outgoing calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, health packages, and feedback collection. Provide information regarding doctors’ availability, hospital services, departments, and consultation timings. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. Transfer calls to concerned departments such as billing, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing station, or emergency. Maintain patient call records and update data in the system. Ensure proper communication etiquette and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills: Positive communication skills in English and regional language. Basic computer knowledge. Polite and patient-friendly attitude. Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure. Robust coordination and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma. Experience in hospital, clinic, or customer service preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per hour
