Quantity Surveyor – Assistant Engineer (Basavanagudi)

Role: Junior Quantity Surveyor Project Type: Residential High-Rise Apartments (6 Towers, B+S+15) Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore Organization: Contractor Working Days: 6 days/week Joining: Immediate / within 15–30 days preferred Experience: 2–5 years Salary Range: ■30,000 – ■50,000 per month Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support billing, quantity take-offs, and documentation activities for residential high-rise construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Quantity take-off from drawings
- Assist in preparation of BOQs Support RA billing and measurement verification
- Assist in material reconciliation Maintain billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurement tracking Support Senior QS in cost tracking activities Required Skills & Qualifications B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years experience in residential construction Basic knowledge of BOQs and billing Positive knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Ability to understand construction drawings
- Willingness to learn and grow Pay: ₹30,000.00
