Role Overview

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with robust experience in residential high-rise projects to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and support timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project plans and construction schedules

Develop baseline schedules and periodic updates

Track project progress and prepare progress reports

Identify delays, conduct delay analysis, and propose recovery plans

Coordinate with site teams for accurate progress inputs

Support management with MIS and planning dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience in residential apartment projects

Mandatory hands-on experience with Primavera P6

Solid proficiency in Advanced MS Excel

Good understanding of construction sequencing and timelines

Strong analytical and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00
- ₹90,000.00 per month
