Role: Junior Quantity Surveyor

Project Type: Residential High-Rise Apartments (6 Towers, B+S+15)

Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore

Organization: Contractor

Working Days: 6 days/week

Joining: Immediate / within 15–30 days preferred

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary Range: ■30,000 – ■50,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support billing, quantity take-offs, and

documentation activities for residential high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Quantity take-off from drawings Assist in preparation of BOQs

Support RA billing and measurement verification Assist in material reconciliation

Maintain billing records and documentation Coordinate with site engineers for measurement tracking

Support Senior QS in cost tracking activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering 2–5 years experience in residential construction

Basic knowledge of BOQs and billing

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD Ability to understand construction drawings Willingness to learn and grow

Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
