Virtual Assistant (Gopalpur)

Position: Virtual Assistant to Director Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata Joining: Immediate / Early joiners preferred Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support directly to the Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and event logistics. Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in Education or Entertainment industry.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel and errands.
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice. Pay: ₹20,000.00
