Hiring: "Process Head" – Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant We are looking for an experienced and energetic Process Head to lead operations at our "Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant" located in Sihora, Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complete beneficiation process operations (Crushing, Grinding, Classification, Separation – HGMS, Thickener, Filter Press, Ball Mill etc.) Optimize plant performance to achieve maximum recovery and production targets Monitor and control process parameters, yield, and quality Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Production teams for smooth plant operation. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mineral Processing / Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant Strong knowledge of HGMS, Ball Mill, Thickener, Slurry handling systems Proven leadership and team management skills Hands-on experience in plant optimization and troubleshooting Location: Sihora, Madhya Pradesh What We Offer: Competitive salary (as per industry standards)Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organization Leadership role with high impact and decision-making authority Interested candidates can share their CV at: Pay: ₹80,000.00
