Designation: Electrical & Energy Optimization Engineer ⸻ Role Objective (New – Critical Upgrade) Drive power cost reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable energy utilization while ensuring reliable electrical operations across the plant. ⸻ ⚡ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (UPGRADED) 1. ???? Energy Analysis & Data Ownership
• Study and analyze Energy Audit / Conservation Reports
• Coordinate with consultants → ensure complete and correct data submission
• Create monthly energy dashboards (unit/ton, kWh/ton, peak load, PF, etc.)
• Identify top 10 power loss areas every month ???? This is the biggest gap currently — now becomes core KPI ⸻ 2. ???? Power Saving & Cost Reduction Execution
• Identify opportunities:
• Motor efficiency improvement
• VFD optimization
• Load balancing
• Idle load reduction
• Implement and track actual savings (₹ + units)

• Monitor:
