Creative interior planner (Bidhannagar)

Interior Designer – Job Responsibilities1. Design & Planning
- Create interior design concepts based on client requirements and preferences
- Prepare layouts, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D designs
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and finishes for projects
- Ensure designs follow safety standards and project requirements 2. Site Supervision
- Supervise site work to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, vendors, and other workers
- Monitor daily site progress and solve issues when needed
- Conduct regular site visits and quality checks 3. Client Coordination
- Meet clients to understand their needs, budget, and timelines
- Present design ideas and make changes based on feedback
- Provide regular updates about project progress 4. Budget & Timeline Management
- Prepare cost estimates and material details
- Track project expenses and maintain budget control
- Plan work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time 5. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source materials, furniture, and décor items for projects
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of required materials Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
- Experience in interior designing and site supervision
- Knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.
- Understanding of materials, construction methods, and finishes
- Valuable project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Pay: ₹20,000.00
