Google Ads Specialist (Bidhannagar)

We are hiring Google Ads Specialist (PPC) Job Overview: We are seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign strategy, keyword targeting, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused advertising. Experience: PPC / Google Ads experience required Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing)
- Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROI
- Improve Quality Score through ad relevance and landing page optimization
- Create and manage ad extensions and perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Track performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Set up conversion tracking and analyze campaign data for insights and improvement
- Manage remarketing, audience targeting, and lead generation campaigns Technical Skills Required:
- Solid hands-on experience in Google Ads (PPC)
- Knowledge of Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Understanding of conversion tracking, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation Preferred Profile:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
