- The Executive/Sr. Executive
- Operation will be responsible for efficiently managing client coordination, service operations, administrative functions, and reporting to ensure service excellence, compliance, and team performance.
- The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and maintain robust relationships to ensure service excellence and retention
- Schedule, plan, and allocate services, ensuring efficient team deployment and timely execution
- Validate and generate data, plans, and reports using the iCABS system
- Handle billing, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note (CN) maintenance
- Follow up on POs, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals
- Oversee office administration, statutory compliance, attendance, and petty cash management
- Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking
- Supervise the service team and ensure smooth operation of the service centre
- Maintain inventory records, including battery stock Key Result Areas:
