Google Ads Specialist (Bidhannagar)

Hiring: Google Ads Specialist (PPC Expert) We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in Google Ads, campaign structures, audience targeting, and ROI-focused paid marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing
- Perform advanced keyword research using Broad, Phrase & Exact Match strategies
- Manage bidding strategies such as Manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA & ROAS
- Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROI
- Improve Quality Score through ad relevance, landing page optimization & keyword structuring
- Create and optimize Ad Extensions including Sitelinks, Callouts & Structured Snippets
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Monitor audience targeting, remarketing & competitor performance
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels & event tracking
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
- Handle low-budget optimization and lead generation campaigns effectively Technical Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (PPC)
- Deep understanding of Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS & Conversion Optimization
- Expertise in Search Campaigns, Display Ads, Video Campaigns & Remarketing
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel strategies
- Understanding of audience segmentation & behavioral targeting Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
