Senior Visual Designer (Bidhannagar)

1. Designing Creative Materials
- Create logos, brochures, banners, posters, and social media posts
- Design layouts for websites, presentations, and advertisements
- Make illustrations, infographics, and other marketing materials 1. Brand Management
- Maintain the same brand style across all platforms
- Create brand guidelines, color combinations, and typography styles
- Ensure all designs match the company’s brand identity 1. Team Coordination
- Work with marketing teams, content writers, and clients
- Understand project needs and provide creative design ideas
- Communicate with team members to complete projects on time 1. Editing & Improvements
- Make changes to designs based on feedback
- Check final designs carefully to ensure they look qualified and error-free
- Improve designs whenever required 1. Design Software Skills
- Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva
- Prepare designs for print and digital use
- Keep updated with new design trends and software features Requirements
- Basic experience or knowledge in graphic designing
- Creative thinking and good visual design skills
- Knowledge of colors, fonts, and layout design
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
