Senior Accountant Executive (Bidhannagar)

Senior Accountant Executive – Job Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow reports
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure all accounting entries are accurate
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities 1. Accounts Management
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Monitor daily financial transactions and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial records 1. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
- Prepare and file ROC, GST, TDS, and income tax returns on time
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements 1. Budgeting & Auditing
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Provide financial data and reports as required by management 1. Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
- Review accounting work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support team members in completing financial tasks and reports Requirements
- Experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC filing, and income tax processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work Pay: ₹20,000.00
