Role Description This is a full time, on-site Receptionist Sales role based in Salt Lake City. The Receptionist Sales professional will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing clerical duties, and assisting clients with inquiries. Additionally, this role requires the promotion of company services and fostering client relationships to support sales objectives. Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties expertise, including managing incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, managing records, and data entry
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to create positive interactions and experiences
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a sales or client-facing role is a plus
