UI/UX Senior Designer (Bidhannagar)

About the Role We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to design intuitive digital products. You must have a deep understanding of design thinking to solve complex user problems and an expert command of Figma. To ensure your designs translate perfectly into code, you should have a basic understanding of UI development and modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience using AI-assisted design tools to speed up your workflow is a great bonus. What You Will Do
- Apply design thinking methodologies (research, prototyping, testing) to solve real user problems.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Manage and scale our Figma design system using advanced features like auto-layout and components.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designing components that align well with front-end code structures.
- Optional: Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and brainstorm concepts faster. What We Are Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Design Thinking Mindset: Strong ability to research user needs, frame problems, and run usability tests.
- Figma Expert: You know how to build clean, organized files that developers can easily use.
- Tech-Informed Design: A basic understanding of modern UI development and JavaScript frameworks (like React, Vue, or Angular) so your designs are easy for developers to implement.
- AI Knowledge (Valuable to Have): Familiarity with using AI tools to improve or speed up your daily design workflow.
