Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive with at least 2 years of experience in student-facing roles within an educational or EdTech setting. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling student interactions, fee-related processes, and coordination activities.
Roles & Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth student interactions Handle student queries, concerns, and walk-in support professionally Coordinate with students through calls for admissions, schedules, documentation, and follow-ups Maintain records related to student data and daily activities Manage cash collection, fee receipts, reconciliation, and basic cash handling processes Support academic and operational teams for student coordination activities Ensure timely communication regarding classes, assessments, and other academic updates Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk / Student Coordination / Academic Operations Prior experience in handling student queries and coordination Knowledge of cash handling and fee management processes Strong verbal and written communication skills Valuable organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Preferred Background:
Candidates from EdTech, educational institutes, training academies, or student service environments will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
