CAPACITY Marketing LOCATION Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata START DATE April 1st, 2023 EMPLOYMENT TYPE Permanent & Full Time Job Introduction We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will assist the CEO in research and data-driven decision making, lead qualification, and email marketing. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and have experience in digital marketing, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities and Duties Assist the CEO in research and data-backed decision-making. Qualify inbound leads by sending initial emails and making phone calls. Book meetings with the CEO for qualified leads. Keep a record of all company expenses. Explore different routes to generate more client enquiries through inbound and outbound channels. Conduct email outreach to eCommerce business owners and book meetings with the CEO. Additional Responsibilities Assist our operation head with monthly invoicing. Prepare and develop compelling pitch decks and other relevant sales and client onboarding documents. Monitor and update the status of leads in the lead tracking system. Compile and present monthly and quarterly reports on traffic, leads, and sales performance. Key Requirements
- Proven experience working at a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Requirements
- Familiarity with email marketing and lead generation techniques.
