- 5pm), extendable based on work exigencies. Job Brief: We are seeking a qualified Manager to supervise and manage the financial domain of the organisation. An ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge of Accounting principles, Ind AS, Income tax act and rules, GST, TDS, Tally ERP 9, and Compu Tax. Job Responsibility:
- Initiate and supervise all basic accounting activities (e.g. bill passing, reconciliation, preparation of vouchers
- Journal/Cash/Bank, making bookkeeping entries into the respective ledgers, monitoring creditors and debtors etc.)
- Scrutinize all ledgers & reconcile before sending for approval to the management. Managing accounting operations including bank reconciliations, cash application, accounts payables, accounts receivable & invoice processing. Responsible for preparing and reviewing the Balance sheet and Profit & Loss.
- Liaising with company secretary and the management of secretarial compliances.
- Liaising and co-ordinating with Govt. Authorities like GST, Chartered Accountant, Auditors & Advocates/ Consultants for all kinds of indirect and direct tax related cases & making all the documents as required. Required Candidate Profile:
- Should have extensive working knowledge of Income Tax Act and rules, Income Tax Portal, Traces website (TDS), Tally (ERP 9) & Compu Tax. Should be proficient in payments of all Statutory dues including Trade Licenses and Professional Tax.
- Experience in TDS and GST calculations, online payments, compliance and preparation and filings of returns (24Q, 26Q, 26QB || GSTR 1, 3B, 9 & 9C) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year Advantages
