Description
We are seeking an efficient and experienced Front Desk Executive who can seamlessly fulfill the responsibilities assigned. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience handling the front desk. They must be presentable, articulate, and proficient in both spoken and written English, Hindi, and Bengali. Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Ability and experience to handle Front desk and reception duties.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and great organisational capabilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- EPABX handling experience Please note that we prefer candidates who reside closest to our office location or anywhere in Kolkata. Please note our working hours are Mon-Fri (9 am-6.30 pm) & Saturday till 3.30 pm. Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month Advantages
