Interior Design Supervisor (Bidhannagar)

Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan and design functional and attractive interior spaces. The candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure designs are completed according to client requirements, budget, and timelines. Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Design Planning
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, budget, and project goals.
- Develop design concepts and space planning solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare mood boards, layouts, and design presentations. 2. Design Development
- Create 2D drawings and 3D design visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Prepare detailed design plans and specifications for projects.
- Suggest suitable materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and decorative items. 3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout the project.
- Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the project. 4. Project Execution & Site Supervision
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Oversee installations and resolve any design-related issues.
- Ensure project work is completed according to approved designs and quality standards. 5. Project Management
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and material requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets and report any changes or concerns. 6. Compliance & Quality Standards
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
- Maintain high-quality design and execution standards throughout the project. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other design software.
- Good knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, and interior finishes.
- Robust communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Job Type
