Chemist / Officer - Research & Development (Bharuch)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities for food colors, dyes, and specialty chemical products
- Perform laboratory experiments, synthesis, formulation, and product development trials
- Maintain proper documentation of experiments, observations, and reports
- Handle analytical instruments and testing equipment
- Support process improvement and scale-up activities from lab to plant
- Coordinate with Production and QC departments for trial batches
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Prepare technical reports and maintain R&D; records
- Raw material evaluation and product stability studies Required Skills:
- Knowledge of chemical reactions and laboratory practices
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, GC, etc.
- Good understanding of formulations and process development
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and safety procedures
