IT Head Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Required: 8–10 Years A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar is seeking an experienced IT Head to oversee and manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, and technical support functions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems across the organization
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and system performance
- Configure and support networking components including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and system optimization
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation
- Ensure regular data backups, system security, and disaster recovery processes
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements
- Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements
- Lead and supervise IT support operations while ensuring uninterrupted hospital services Eligibility Criteria ✔ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or MCA ✔ Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support management ✔ Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server & Desktop Operating Systems
- TCP/IP Networking
- LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi Networks
- Routers, Switches & Firewalls
- Hardware Troubleshooting & Maintenance ✔ Experience in IT asset management and technical documentation ✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a hospital, healthcare organization, or multi-site workplace
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERP systems, and healthcare applications
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup management, and data protection practices
- Vendor management and project coordination experience
