Business Development Manager/ Executive – Multi-Speciality Hospital Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat Salary: ₹40,000-₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Required: 3–7 Years A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager/Executive to drive patient referrals, corporate partnerships, and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and hospitals
- Build and manage corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and healthcare alliances
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for empanelment, business development, and relationship management
- Promote hospital services and specialties to increase patient referrals and market presence
- Conduct regular visits to corporates, industries, consultants, and healthcare partners
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth targets
- Prepare periodic business development reports and maintain referral databases Eligibility Criteria ✔ MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration OR Graduate with relevant hospital business development experience ✔ Minimum 3–7 years of experience in:
- Hospital Marketing
- Corporate Relations
- Referral Networking
- Insurance / TPA Coordination
- Healthcare Business Development ✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Preferred Skills
- Existing network within the healthcare industry
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare organizations, or diagnostic centres
- Knowledge of insurance and TPA processes
