Business Development Executive / Manager – Multi-Speciality Hospital Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable- Based on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Required: 3–7 Years A reputed multi-speciality hospital is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive / Manager to drive patient referrals, corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate and institutional tie-ups
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for empanelment and business development activities
- Promote hospital services and specialty departments to increase patient referrals
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, industries, and healthcare partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities
- Prepare business development reports and track performance metrics Eligibility Criteria ✔ MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration OR Graduate with relevant hospital business development experience ✔ Minimum 3–7 years of experience in:
- Hospital Marketing
- Corporate Relations
- Referral Networking
- Insurance / TPA Coordination
- Business Development ✔ Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Preferred Skills
- Experience working with hospitals or healthcare organizations
- Established network of referring doctors and corporate clients
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and hospital operations
