Position: Executive – Maintenance (Unit
- 3D)

Location: Jhagadia near by Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities: T Plan works and oversee their execution through department officers in coordination with the plant on a daily basis Plan for preventive maintenance and its implementation Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and computer-generated reports. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Allocate work plan to contractors and issue permits accordingly on a daily basis Check and maintain utility consumption records on a daily basis Prepare ERs and indents on a daily basis Confer with engineers /other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible recent applications and necessity of modification. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

Required Skills Knowledge of safety norms (ISO/OSHA) & maintenance, instrumentation and electrical systems and equipment's Communication (written & verbal), People Management, Coordination skills, Planning, Learning skills, Delegation Skills, Operations analysis, Problem Solving

Required Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech -Mechanical

Salary:
- Upto 5.50 LPA
