> Knowledge of Chemical synthesis with Non-Inferior route.
> Must have performed synthetic chemistry reaction and reaction work up
> knowledge of purification of organic compounds
> Transfer of technology process from R&D; lab to kilo lab pilot scale
> Required knowledge of characterization of product through GC,IR and other
> Familiar in using contemporary synthetic organic methodology, and high vacuum distillation to purify the desired product
