Stores and Dispatch (Ankleshwar)

A 34-year-old rubber molded goods manufacturing company is looking for a personnel to look after the stores and dispatch activities. We have two units based in Ankleshwar and Palej. Stores 1. To get the daily stock 2. To check the daily consumption and tally with the physical 3. To issue raw materials for productions 4. To calculate wastage 5. To obtain stock of semi-finished goods, finished goods, and old stocks 6. To report the damages/improper damages. 7. Coordination with Production, Purchase and Lab. Dispatch 1. Invoicing for the domestic markets along with e-way bill generation. 2. Coordination with production and transporters 3. Communication with salesmen to update dispatch related documents. Emailing dispatch related documents to customers. 4. Delivery challan for intercompany transportation and goods movement. The candidate is expected to have knowledge in Tally, MS Office, etc and to have valuable communication skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00
