- To take care of regular shop floor safety precaution & five's activities.
- Keeping production floors clean & tidy,
- Process adherence for extrusion and molding, to maintain quality, minimize lead time.
- To control batch yield, avoid wastages on shop floor.
- Impose shop floor discipline.
- Record maintain on batch cards, shift report on daily basis.
- Shift communication within concern team.
- Timely Issuance of RM material as per batch card and do batch planning.
- Ensure compliance of permit to work system in the plant.
