Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to manage daily administrative operations, documentation, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity. Role & responsibilities
- Manage document filing, sorting, and record maintenance (physical & digital)
- Prepare letters, agreements, and employee-related documents
- Coordinate with vendors and process bills for payment
- Maintain records and update data on Google Drive
- Support onboarding by handling new joiner documentation
- Handle courier activities and general office administration
- Maintain company records including mobile numbers and expenses
- Assist- in follow-ups for insurance and administrative tasks Preferred candidate profile
- Male candidates preferred
- Prior experience in handling administrative and documentation work in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong follow-up skills and vendor coordination experience
- Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
