Position Title- Assistant Manager- ITS Education Qualification: BE, BTech, ME in IT/Computer Science Experience Level- Minimum 8 years to 12 Years in pharmaceutical packaging serialization/track&trace , Experience in pharmaceutical packaging serialization/track&trace , including non-serialization , aggregation/non-aggregation , and palletization guidelines . Key Responsibility Managed projects end-to-end: design engineering, erection/installation/commissioning, procurement, site administration, material&vendor management. Reviewed engineering documents (blueprints, schematics, layouts, technical specifications). Supported customers with quality documentation: Validation documents, SOPs, URS, and execution as per URS/ready system. Oversaw vendor performance, including rejection analysis, corrective actions, and monitoring incoming parts for cost, delivery, and quality.Led installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, and emergency troubleshooting for pharma machinery/equipment. Handled system integration with customer ERP, including SAP S4HANA and SAP ATTP, with required test plans. Managing L1 and L2 Support
