Working in shifts and taking care of manpower. Optimum utilization of manpower, machines & materials. To take care of regular shop floor safety precaution & five's activities. Keeping production floors clean & tidy, Process adherence for extrusion and molding, to maintain quality, minimize lead time. To control batch yield, avoid wastages on shop floor. Impose shop floor discipline. Record maintain on batch cards, shift report on daily basis. Shift communication within concern team. Timely Issuance of RM material as per batch card and do batch planning. Ensure compliance of permit to work system in the plant. Resolving breakdown issue on time.
