RM /PM Sampling, Testing and Relesing.

Operation and Calibration of QC Instruments.

Chemical and Physical test of Finished Valuable with protocol and Generate COA.

Any Software Knowledge like ERP/SAP.

Retain Sample Management with Records.

Stability Management with testing and update records as per Schedule.

Knowledge of SOP/STP/Format Related QC.

All Volumetric Solution Preperation and Standardize as per Schedule with Records.

All Chemical and Indicators Solution preperation with Records.

All Chemical Solid Form and Liquid Stock Management.

Shift Reports preperation and send by mail on daily basis,

All Consumption of Chemical with testing,labeling and Preperation.

Water Analysis and Generate Trend.

Instrument Knowledge like pH meter, Conductivity meter,Halogen moisture Analyzer, Bulk Density(Scott Volume) and Tapped Density,Sieve Analyzer.

Wet Lab Knowledge with handling of Acid and Alkali

Knowledge of Hot zone instrument like Precision Oven,Muffle Farnace operating.
