We're Hiring: Quality Control Head | Religence Pharmaceuticals Private Limited | Bharuch, Gujarat We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Head to lead our QC function at our API manufacturing facility in Saykha Industrial Estate, Vagara, Bharuch, Gujarat. About Us Religence Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is an API manufacturing company Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead all QC laboratory operations — raw material, in-process, and finished product testing ✅ Own the Analytical Method Validation (AMV) programme per ICH Q2(R2) and ICH Q14 ✅ Manage QC instruments including HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, KF titrator, pH and conductivity meters ✅ Author and approve QC SOPs, validation protocols, and analytical reports ✅ Oversee OOS/OOT investigations with full ALCOA+ data integrity compliance ✅ Ensure QC readiness for Schedule M (Revised), WHO GMP, ICH Q7, and regulatory inspections ✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the QC analyst team Requirements: ???? M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry) ???? Minimum 4– years of QC experience in API or pharmaceutical manufacturing ???? Hands-on HPLC method development and validation expertise per ICH Q2(R2) ???? Strong knowledge of ICH Q7, WHO GMP TRS 986, Schedule M (Revised) ????
