To understand the Chemistry of existing processes & generate ideas for cost reduction. Lab Experiment without affecting quality and yield of product. Do literature surveys for process improvement or alternate route. Process development of recent molecules. Lab experiment for plant support for quality and safety improvement. Performance trials of new raw material. To ensure glass wear and Chemicals availability in Lab To improve performance of Lab operations. Ensure 100% complaince for using appropriate PPEs while working in Lab & during Plant Trials. Provide Refresher training of ERT/ Safety talks to colleagues. Report near misses related to safety abnormalities (either unsafe conditions or unsafe act) Maintain 5S standards. To ensure Safe Workplace with best housekeeping standards.
