We are hiring an experienced Senior Pharma Domain Expert with deep knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes and strong stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, engaging with multiple departments across the pharmaceutical enterprise to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable digital and AI-driven solutions. This role requires a robust understanding of pharmaceutical business functions, including commercial operations, medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory processes, quality, pharmacovigilance, and market access. The candidate should be capable of engaging with leadership teams across departments, gathering and documenting business requirements, shaping industry use cases, and supporting enterprise AI/ML and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep pharma domain expertise, strong business storytelling skills, and experience operating at the intersection of business, data, and AI. The role requires both strategic leadership and active execution through advisory, solution architecture, and delivery involvement. This role becomes a trusted advisor to customer leadership, thru working with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations and expectations

· Define and validate enterprise use cases for AI, ML, and Agentic AI platforms within life sciences organizations.
· Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to operationalize clinical and commercial workflows into production-ready solutions.
· Establish governance guardrails, validation frameworks, and compliance checkpoints for AI-enabled systems.
