Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Data & Analytics Technical Lead. The role involves guiding analytics teams to develop scalable data models, managing data workflows, and designing end-to-end data solutions. Responsibilities include conducting complex data analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity, implementing advanced analytics practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through actionable insights. The Technical Lead will also serve as a subject matter expert in data and analytics while supporting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis techniques
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Experience in Data Management, including organizing, maintaining, and ensuring data accuracy
- Expertise in Data Modeling to create efficient and accurate data structures
- Background in leading or mentoring teams in technical and data-related projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Ability to work in a remote and collaborative team-oriented environment
