Job Title: Relationship Manager – Prime LAP Location: Bhavnagar / Rajkot CTC: Up to 7 LPA Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager for Prime LAP (Loan Against Property) business. The role involves sourcing quality business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Generate business for Prime LAP through open market sourcing, referrals, and channel partners (DSA). Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, DSAs, and other stakeholders. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct market mapping and identify current business opportunities. Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of loan applications. Maintain portfolio quality and ensure minimal delinquency. Coordinate with credit and operations team for faster disbursement. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 1–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Home Loan sales. Strong understanding of secured lending products. Good communication and negotiation skills. Local market knowledge of Bhavnagar / Rajkot is preferred.
