- Our client is a ceramic manufacturing company Position: Sr. Executive EXIM (Documentation) Job Location: Ahmedabad Role Overview:
- Sr. Executive EXIM (Documentation) The Role involves detail-oriented and experienced EXIM skilled to manage end-to-end export and import documentation and logistics operations. Also the role involves handling international shipment coordination, export-import compliance, LC documentation, DGFT-related activities, and liaison with freight forwarders, CHA agents, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods globally. Key Responsibilities:
- - Will be responsible for handling the EXIM (export & import) related activities for the entire group companies. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for entire logistics movements by Ocean / Air for both Inbound & Outbound movements.
- Preparation of Export Documents as per LC Terms and Condition, sound Knowledge of LC clause.
- Liaise & negotiate with freight forwarders, transporters, custom clearing agents and other related vendors there by managing the entire order cycle in the supply chain process efficiently.
- Sound knowledge of DGFT related matters, AD code registration on ICE gate portal, Export Promotion Schemes, like EPCG, MEIS, and duty remission schemes like Rodtep, Drawback etc Key Requirement :
- Any Graduate can apply (EXIM course is preferable)
- Must have practical Exposure of both Import and export Documentation
