This role requires a strong leader who can balance program governance with hands-on execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives.The ideal candidate will have experience in complex, multi-project environments, with strong capabilities in program controls, stakeholder management, and construction delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio ManagementLead PMO activities across multiple ongoing construction projectsEstablish and drive standardized processes, governance, and reporting frameworksEnsure alignment across all project teams and stakeholdersExecution & DeliveryDrive project delivery in line with schedule, quality, and cost expectationsWork closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve execution challengesEnsure seamless coordination across all project phasesPlanning & SchedulingOversee and manage integrated project schedulesTrack dependencies, risks, and critical milestonesImplement recovery strategies where requiredCost & ControlsDrive cost monitoring, forecasting, and reportingEstablish strong program control mechanisms and dashboardsTrack performance against project objectivesStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal leadership, project teams, and external partnersConduct regular project reviews and provide actionable insightsEnsure explicit and effective communication across all levelsRisk & GovernanceIdentify and mitigate program-level risksMaintain structured governance through reviews, KPIs, and reportingEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsMust-Have RequirementsStrong experience in construction project/program managementProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHands-on experience in construction execution, not just reporting rolesSolid understanding of:Program controls (cost and schedule)Construction lifecycle (design to commissioning)Experience working with EPC contractors or large industrial projectsFamiliarity with project planning tools such as Primavera or equivalentPreferred ProfileExperience in manufacturing plants, infrastructure projects, or industrial facilitiesExposure to complex, fast-paced project environmentsStrong stakeholder management and leadership skillsRelevant project management certifications (preferred) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4masbx
