Relationship Manager – Prime LAP (Bhavnagar)

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Prime LAP Location: Bhavnagar / Rajkot CTC: Up to 7 LPA Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager for Prime LAP (Loan Against Property) business. The role involves sourcing quality business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business for Prime LAP through open market sourcing, referrals, and channel partners (DSA).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of loan applications.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure minimal delinquency.
- Coordinate with credit and operations team for faster disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Home Loan sales.
- Strong understanding of secured lending products.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge of Bhavnagar / Rajkot is preferred.
